Scheduling and Cancellations:

Dr. DeHeer's flexible schedule accommodates most current and new patient needs.  As a courtesy,  if you are not able to keep your appointment please cancel to allow the opportunity for another patient to see the doctor.  If you miss your appointment and did not cancel, you will be charged a no show fee.

What to bring to your appointment:
Please bring with you a list of any medications you are taking, your insurance card and a picture identification card.

When to arrive:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork.
